Built in 1797 and operated as a grist mill continuously from 1824 until 1990. There are plans to restore the mill to its earlier appearance. Penn Alps Restaurant, found at the same location, is a former inn dating from the 1800’s. The adjoining Spruce Forest Artisan’s Village provides some local history in its relocated pioneer cabins.
